Cron in AgentOS (Queues Drafts Only)
Schedule recurring jobs that generate and queue drafts to HITL rather than executing live actions. Common for aged inventory scans and nightly lead triage.
Open Cron at /agentos/cron. Four rooftop jobs sit on the board: aged listing drafts, aged photo drafts, SLA watch, and intel health. Each row shows cadence, last run, last result, and an On / Off toggle. Run now is available only when the job is On.
Aged listing drafts queue listing_copy for available units sitting 30 days or more. Aged photo drafts queue listing_photo only for aged units that already have lot stills. SLA watch reports breached and due-soon New Leads — it does not send. Intel health reports that the retail directory is live on this host and the encyclopedia stays on Rig1.
The chips above the table are the same HITL counts as Monitor: HITL queue, Listing Studio drafts, SLA breached. After Run now they refresh. Open HITL queue goes to /approvals?status=pending. Nothing on this page sends or publishes. autoSend and autoPublish stay false.
Turn a job Off if the desk cannot review the drafts it would create. A scheduled job is not a reason to skip Approvals.
