Lead webhook from the dealer site
POST /api/webhooks/lead from the website or n8n. Optional first-response is HITL only.
The public ingest is POST /api/webhooks/lead. Settings shows the URL, whether x-crm-secret is required, and a sample JSON. GET /api/webhooks/lead is capability discovery — no side effects.
Required: email or phone. Optional: firstName, lastName, name, source, vehicleInterest, stockNumber, ymm, draftFirstResponse. If draftFirstResponse is true (or LEAD_WEBHOOK_DRAFT_FIRST_RESPONSE is on), the OS queues a first-response draft. It never sends.
Send x-crm-tenant with the rooftop slug (for example manifesto-auto). Omit it only when you want the install default — hosted Metro Auto demo unless CRM_TENANT_SLUG is set. Metro Auto is not a paying rooftop; provision the dealer separately.
Set CRM_WEBHOOK_SECRET on the rooftop and send the same value as x-crm-secret from n8n or the form. Settings will not print the secret.
Quiet hours apply to webhook drafts the same as the lead card. Enforce holds them as draft instead of pending_approval. autoSend stays false.
Send walk lead on Settings uses /api/leads/walk so the desk can practice without the website. Real dealer traffic should hit /api/webhooks/lead.
