Operator overview is not the floor queue
Overview shows vault, models, usage, packs, brand, and policies. Monitor is still the HITL floor queue. Nothing sends.
Open Overview at /agentos/overview. This is the operator desk. It reports whether the credential broker is live, how many models are registered, whether the monthly token cap is held, which packs are on, whether brand is an env default or a rooftop overlay, and whether a worker session may mint.
It does not show API keys, vault tokens, or CA material. Floor work stays on Monitor at /agentos: SLA, Approvals, Listing Studio. autoSend stays false.
If vault is fail-closed, open Policies. If usage is held, open Tokens. If no model is registered, open Models. Packs and Brand stay HITL overlays — turning them does not send a customer message.
