Reading the AgentOS Monitor Scoreboard
The Monitor desk is the primary control room. Review live cards for HITL backlog, SLA compliance, agent roster activity, and prioritized next actions specific to this rooftop.
Access the Monitor by selecting AgentOS from the main sidebar or header switcher. The top row of stat cards displays current counts: pending approvals, first-response queue, SLA at-risk items, and aged units over 30 days. Each card links directly to the filtered Sales OS view or approvals queue.
The central roster panel lists active agents with their current task load, recent HITL success rate, and next cron fire time. Click any agent to drill into its contract details and edit scopes if entitled. The scoreboard below aggregates SLA metrics with AgentOS context — filter by workflow or agent.
Use the "Next Actions" panel to see the highest priority HITL items or cron results requiring attention. The activity timeline shows recent chat sessions, workflow executions, and token events. Export reports via the linked Tokens page.
Begin every shift here: triage the queue counts, assign via workflows if needed, then switch to pipeline for execution. The Monitor provides the single pane of glass for AgentOS orchestration while keeping all customer communication behind Sales OS HITL. Refresh the page or use real-time updates to stay current on rooftop status.
