Tasks on the floor
Tasks are floor follow-ups and first-touch work. Pending is the open queue. Closing a task does not send.
Tasks at /tasks are floor follow-ups and first-touch work tied to this pipeline. The default view is pending — the open queue. Scoreboard's Open tasks tile is the same pending count.
Chips filter pending, overdue, all, done, and cancelled. Overdue means a pending task whose due time has passed. Share a view with ?status=pending or ?status=overdue. Export view downloads the current filter as CSV.
Each row shows title, due time, owner, and status. Overdue rows get a badge. Open lead jumps to the related lead card when a leadId is set.
An empty pending list is not "no work." Open the SLA queue at /pipeline?sla=at_risk and create follow-ups from those New Lead cards.
Closing a task does not send a customer message and does not move the lead stage. Stage still changes on the lead card. Approvals still own drafts.
Do not use tasks to store invented prices or APR. Put unit facts on the vehicle record; put customer-facing copy in a HITL draft.
