Using the Sales OS pipeline (stages + SLA)
Pipeline board tracks stages, first-touch SLA, inventory SoT, and HITL approvals.
The Sales OS pipeline at /pipeline is this rooftop's floor board. Columns use the automotive stages: New Lead → Contacted → Test Drive Scheduled → Deal Pending → Sold / Delivered → Lost. Those are the product labels — not generic CRM names such as Working, Proposal, or Negotiation.
First-touch SLA starts when a lead arrives. It only clocks New Lead cards that have not been touched. Board chips are Due soon, At risk, and Breached (shareable as ?sla=due_soon, at_risk, or breached). Search and optional ?stage= focus one column.
Open a card to work notes, match inventory, and queue a first-response draft. Inventory is the this-VIN source of truth — stock, photos, and specs on the unit, not a second tracker.
Scoreboard reads the same pipeline: SLA, HITL drafts, aged units, and open tasks. Approvals is the Sales OS HITL queue at /approvals. Nothing customer-facing leaves this OS until a person reviews it.
Do not invent prices, APR, or city or state sales volumes on the floor or in drafts. If a figure is not on the unit or the lead, leave it off.
